This Practice Group begins with a "remembering" for inspiration, centering and connecting with ourselves. This is followed by a "check-in" when we share how we are, what we bring with us or what we hope to receive during the session. Activities include: short education exercises, empathy, role-plays, games and discussions. Participants can facilitate the group with prior arrangement with Rodger Sorrow

this workshop is in french. it is a rich opportunit to learn to really transform yourself, your way of seeing and doing relationship. we will practice radical empathy, radical honesty, and also learn how taking 100% responsibility for everything coming up in our relationships is there for our growth. this is a fun, interactive, lively workshop full of roleplays and live situations. “The Living Energy of Needs” supports the ongoing development of foundational NVC skills and consciousness. In addition to supporting core NVC skills, we have continued to develop our training over the past five years to help participants practically access and live from a deeper dimension of needs. We weave the experience of the living energy of needs throughout the training, as the core dimension from which we learn and live the NVC process.
Join “The Living Energy of Needs” to strengthen your NVC skills and deepen your ability to access the consciousness and life enriching energy of needs beyond the simple identification of them.

NVC enables us to connect empathically with other people, and helps us
to help them to connect empathically with us. But what do you do when
you are feeling angry or upset to the extent that you don't want to
empathise with them? And they feel the same about you?! We call this
empathy collision, and on this day we will explore what is happening in
these situations and how we can get around this impasse. This day will
be practice oriented, to help you develop and rejuvenate your skill
with NVC.

This is a 16-hour foundation workshop for people who would like to improve communication with children in their lives. It will give you all the tools you need to start using NVC in your daily life. We work with real life examples in a fun and safe environment.

Nonviolent Communication är ett stöd för dig som vill lära dig kommunicera på sätt som skapar mer kontakt och mindre motstånd. Det är en kommunikationsprocess som hjälper oss att skapa en dialog där vi kan mötas i samförstånd. För den här kursen används ett digitalt klassrum där du får individuell feedback på din uppgifter. Där har du också möjlighet att dela funderingar och insikter med andra som går kursen.
Kursinnehåll: Varje vecka behandlar vi ett kapitel i boken Nonviolent Communication, ett språk för livet. Du gör övningar för att tillämpa det du lär.
Kursmoment och arbetssätt: Kursen är helt på distans, utan fasta träffar och vi möts via Internet. Du kan alltså befinna dig vart du vill så länge du har tillgång till Internet vilket innebär ett flexibelt lärande där du själv kan välja när du gör de uppgifter som följer med utbildningen.

Do family and friends want you to stop using that “NVC stuff” on them? Well, you can go undercover! With enough practice, you can keep your giraffe ears on and giraffe heart humming, and sound “normal” too!

Der gives dybere indføring i hvordan IVK kan anvendes til at afspænde konflikter, både i arbejdslivet og i privatlivet.
Der vil være fokus på følgende:

At høste frugten af ærgrelser
At finde næring til at fortsætte IVK processen

At anvende IVK i både indre og ydre dialoger er et stort skift i forståelsen af hvordan tanker, følelser og behov spiller sammen. På dette kursus vil vi bl.a. undersøge hvordan vores erfaringer i livet indtil nu påvirker os i samspillet med andre. Vi vil lære den "indre autopilot" at kende, så vi får mulighed for at standse op og bruge bevidstheden, især når en konflikt er ved at trappe op.

Vi vil gennem hele ugen arbejde med den indre dialog. Lære de indre konflikter at kende ved at finde frem til de værdier og uopfyldte behov der ligger bag.

Communiceren met je werkomgeving leidt niet altijd vanzelfsprekend tot verbinding. Hoe blijf je in verbinding met je collega's of je chef, ook als het 'spannend' is? Er wordt ingegaan op de wijze waarop we binnen Geweldloze Communicatie de kwaliteit van ons leven in eigen hand nemen. Door respect voor en in harmonie met jezelf, anderen en de omgeving te leven. Dus ook om met respect en in harmonie om te gaan met de verschillen die er zijn
