This Practice Group begins with a "remembering" for inspiration, centering and connecting with ourselves. This is followed by a "check-in" when we share how we are, what we bring with us or what we hope to receive during the session. Activities include: short education exercises, empathy, role-plays, games and discussions. Participants can facilitate the group with prior arrangement with Rodger Sorrow

Continued practice of basic skills and further work with self-empathy, saying "no" in giraffe, messages that are hard to hear and integrating NVC consciousness. 7-9pm.
