Contributing to wellbeing and conflict resolution, personally, interpersonally, and in organizations. Jim and I refer to our work as Radical Compassion. Through offering the various tools and practices of Radical Compassion, we help participants to connect more fully with themselves and others.  We design our training to stimulate creativity and build resources with a focus on experiential learning; we help communities to develop ongoing systems to support one another in integrating authenticity and empathy into the everyday fabric of their lives.  We offer training, facilitation, conflict transformation, mentoring and coaching.  Our focus is on building community by creating healthy relationships, and fostering relationship by attending to personal liberation.
