During our 3 days together we will explore the idea that the structures we live in also exist inside of us. In case we dream of a more humane and peaceful world, we can begin now – with our relationships with ourselves and the people closest to us. We will explore some of the components which the domination structures are built on and work with transforming them (from jackal to giraffe). It will include working with enemy images, anger, judgements, shame, demands and guilt.
1. day Domination structures outside and inside ourselves; anger, guilt and shame. 2. day Finding the jackal beliefs in ourselves; how we judge ourselves, working with our inner jackals. Self-empathy. 3. day Intimate relationships; how we can begin creating the dream world with the people close to us.
