A Foundation Trainings presents the concepts and tools used in NVC. Like learning a foreign language, full fluency comes over time. These two days:

Introduce you to the steps of the NVC process for use in expressing yourself, listening to others and connecting compassionately to yourself
Will give you sufficient information and practice to start using NVC in your daily life
Are run in an experiential style working with examples from participants' lives
Are challenging, moving, supportive and fun.

Enjoy a delicious mix of NVC in a beautiful setting with time to relax and enjoy a break

A chance to learn NVC and refresh yourself with 5 days in beautiful Irish countryside at the Chrysalis Holistic Centre, Co. Wicklow.

The first 2 days are a Foundation Training for those with little experience & a refresher for those with more.

This is followed by 3 days of deepening NVC skills, knowledge & fluency plus free time in the afternoon for relaxation, walks & optional massage at extra cost.

NVC topics likely to be included are; being honest without insulting people; transforming blame & criticism; handling conflict with confidence; creating a quality of connection that heals rifts; developing your compassion, empathy & emotional intelligence.

A 4-day residential workshop in November: Sat Nov 22 (11am) to Tues Nov 25 (4pm)In Surrey, UK (one hour from London)·         

Develop your skills, range of styles and confidence facilitating groups  

·          Explore what it means to hold the energy in a group, how to do this, and what needs this meets 

·          Develop awareness and subtlety in how you coach others on the Dance Floors  

·          Share your insights and ideas about ways you use the Dance Floors

Fee:

To liaise with the venue we need to know numbers by September 15^th, so please book well before September 15^th

Full Fee: £435

Fee with Discount: £400 (This is the amount we request if you are not able to offer the full fee)

Organisation Rate: £495 (if paid by your organisation)

The fee includes all workshop time, accommodation in a single or twin en suite room, and all meals and refreshments.
