Exploring the tools and consciousness of empathy, honesty and self-connection in the context of our relationships - with partners, family, friends and associates, even our enemies, in order to:
-heal, create and sustain life-enriching relationships
-establish relationships based on an awareness of mutuality
-foster freedom rather than submission or rebellion
-listen compassionately, even when the other person is demanding, blaming or criticizing
