I. Summarize participants’ evaluations, and how their feedback resulted in new learning or growth for you this past year.:
The feedback I receive from participants is that they value the warmth, authenticity and fun I bring to trainings. Sometimes I've heard a wish from participants for greater clarity in understanding the process so I continually endeavour to describe the process in a more concise and clear manner. I sense that i have grown in this area.
J. What are your current growing edges or challenges as a trainer that you will be working on in the future?:
A major growing edge for me is trusting myself and valuing what I have to offer - I have continued to work with this using NVC tools and now (late 2012) I've begun using Neurophysiology to make some shifts in this old idea of myself and I'm celebrating the results I'm noticing. I'm very committed to my own growth and work with these old beliefs on a daily basis.
K. If you found opportunities to work with other trainers this year, please share the most meaningful experiences for you.:
I continue to work with my partner Rodger Sorrow and notice that there's greater ease and flow between us - I have a sense of remaining more connected to myself and empowered when we facilitate together.

teaching the spiritual basis of NVC
Hi Anne,
I really love the phrasing you used when describing how you teach the spiritual aspect of NVC...the phrasing "on the surface" is particularly important to hear. It is just that for me too...the tools just scratch the surface of what lies beneath.
Thank you for your report. I like reading trainer reports as a measurement for my own growth.
Much love to you and Rodger!
