CONTENT -- In this Nonviolent Communication workshop we will learn to:
• Become aware of the internal messages that promote anger.
• Connect and empathize with the unmet needs underlying anger. Thus, transforming this feeling into life-serving energy.
• Increase awareness of triggers, patterns around anger, and attitude toward conflict.
• Devise a safety plan to be utilized when angry.
• Learn meditation as a way to calm the mind and reduce proneness to anger.
