This is followed by a "check-in" when we share how we are, what we bring with us or what we hope to receive during the session. Activities include: short education exercises, empathy, role-plays, games and discussions. The next 4 blocs deal with NVC in leading functions, counselling, social change, trainer skills. The main focus of the training lies on NVC in organizations and enterprises. Daren De Witt and Anna Finlayson are Nonviolent Communication trainers and Relationship counsellors.
