Contact Person:
Course Description:

Do you want to take a fresh look at your relationship, past or present?  Has it lost some of the spark that it once had? Or is it in crisis?  Have you ever thought 'we've been here before'?  Has it just ended, and are you wondering what happened? Do you sense that it could give you both so much more than it currently does?

If you have answered “yes” to any of the above questions, then our relationship workshop is for you!

Intimate relationships can be one of the most challenging areas to receive others and express our needs.  Our Enriching our Relationships with Compassionate Communication week long workshop is designed to give you a safe and healing space to work through your particular relationship challenges, and learn how to express your feelings and needs clearly, so that you can relate to your partner in a deeper, more conscious way.
Within the context of this workshop we will help you explore and understand:
·    The path and stages of relationship and where you are on this path.
·    Why arguments are unavoidable in relationships, the patterns they take, and how to resolve them empathically.
·    How and why we ‘marry our unfinished business’.
·    How to stop missing and start truly connecting from the heart in communication with our partners.

Daren De Witt and Anna Finlayson are Nonviolent Communication trainers and Relationship counsellors. We have been in a relationship together for 13 years, and have been practicing NVC in our relationship for the past 9 years. We believe that our intimate relationships provide us with one of the most powerful arenas for growth as human beings and are passionate in our desire to support couples and individuals to find deeper and more life-enriching intimacy within their relationships.

Visit the 'Relationships Workshops' page of our website for more information.
