CONTRIBUTIONS AND FINANCIAL INFORMATION

i. Sliding scale
The amount we request for taking part in the Facilitating Change Program is on a sliding scale of $4,500 -7,500 for the year, plus room and board, with a median of $6,000. Room and board will be approximately $70 per day, on site; camping or bedrolling may also be available at $40 per day.

ii. Group participation
We have found that two or more people learning NVC together deepens the impact and integration of NVC in an organization; wanting to support this kind of learning, we encourage two or more people from an organization to register for the program together. To support several registering from one organization, we invite each person in the ‘group” to deduct $500 per person from the sliding scale.

iii. Accessibility
We have a commitment to inclusion in the FC program (and all resources in society), regardless of financial means. At the same time, we desire support and ease of support in offering this program, and a sense of shared partnership, contribution, and community. If you’d like to support yourself or others in joining the program at a contribution below the sliding scale requested, we ask you to consider joining our fundraising team. We would also welcome your contributing support in other ways; please contact us for details! In our desire to create a world of interdependence and mutual support, we ask you to consider inviting friends, family, faith and community organizations and/or your employer to financially support you in participating in the Facilitating Change program. We would also welcome your support in letting others know about the FC program.
