This 5-monthprogram is designed to help you integrate Nonviolent Communication into yourleadership style to maximize your effectiveness. Inner-outercongruence is key to being an effective leader. When your vision emerges from aplace of deep presence and purpose, and strategies are in alignment withvalues, then trust is built and power is created with other people. NonviolentCommunication (NVC) can support the development of inner-outer congruence. Much more than acommunication model, NVC is an integration of consciousness, language, thought,communication and strategies of influence. When understood at all these levels,NVC gives rise to power and possibility that can transform our effectiveness inthe world. This program will moveyou toward greater effectiveness in influencing and leading those you work withwhether it be in families, community organizations, educational institutions,political entities or large corporations.

Nonviolent Communication (AKA Compassionate Communication) offers simple yet powerful tools to move from confusion and conflict to clarity and co-operation. These tools have a 40-year track record of increasing peace in personal, professional, organizational and governmental relationships. This interactive, introductory seminar will offer you a brief history of Nonviolent Communication, an overview of NVC philosophy, beginning-level practice and inspirational stories of how the tools improve daily life. You will leave the session with concepts you can put to immediate use. While the Radiant Relationships Seminar Series rests fully within the consciousness of NVC, I also incorporate tools from additional modalities, including The Work of Byron Katie, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), The Secret, Voice Dialogue and Core Transformation.
