Auroville NVC Camp

Auroville NVC Camp

Sociocracy is a method of governance that supports
“power-with” (rather than “power-over”). It is a process for collective
decision-making that makes sure that everyone’s voice gets heard. It
also supports the flow of information and decision-making in
organizations which value ‘equivalence’ (valuing each member equally in
decisions).

This Sociocratic-Style Facilitation Training is part of the NVC Camp and introduces the consent-based process known as ‘Sociocracy’ that has been adopted by the NVC network worldwide.
