In deze Introductietraining leer je onder meer zien wat maakt dat jouw communicatie-strategieën soms niet werken. En hoe je dat kunt veranderen zodat dat de cliënt echt naar je luistert en dus bereid is om de wijzigingen in zijn/haar leven aan te brengen die maken dat herstel van de gezondheid mogelijk wordt.
