This Practice Group begins with a "remembering" for inspiration, centering and connecting with ourselves. This is followed by a "check-in" when we share how we are, what we bring with us or what we hope to receive during the session. Activities include: short education exercises, empathy, role-plays, games and discussions. Participants can facilitate the group with prior arrangement with Rodger Sorrow

Course Description: 

On our foundation trainings we cover a lot of ground very quickly, so we have created this training to support you to take your learning further. You will have an opportunity to explore the main themes of the foundation training - the four key ingredients, self-empathy, expressing yourself and empathising with others - in greater depth, both in theory and practice. This workshop will help to consolidate your understanding and practice of NVC. You might also like to use it as a refresher to reconnect you with the NVC process if it has been a while since your last workshop!
