Target audience
This training is open to any person who:
• has attended at least 5 days of NVC training; and
• through trainings, conferences and/or the facilitation of practice groups, wishes to disseminate the NVC process, without necessarily embarking on the NVC certification process; and
• wishes to consolidate their ability to:
• contribute to the learning of others.
• live ande practise the process,
• understand and absorb the essence of NVC
In addition to being a living model of the spirit and principles of Nonviolent Communication, our mission as a trainer is to contribute to our participants’ learning in a variety of manners.
We shall make full use of our expertise in respect of key differentiations when faced with questions, objections or ‘resistance’ from participants.

Course Description:
NVC enables us to connect empathically with other people, and helps us
to help them to connect empathically with us. But what do you do when
you are feeling angry or upset to the extent that you don't want to
empathise with them? And they feel the same about you?! We call this
empathy collision, and on this day we will explore what is happening in
these situations and how we can get around this impasse. This day will
be practice oriented, to help you develop and rejuvenate your skill
with NVC.
