London United Kingdom Preparation: Read "Nonviolent Communication: A Language of Life" by Marshall Rosenberg, PhD Course Description: This is a 2-day non-residential foundation training in NVC. My aim is to support you to acquire a clear basic understanding of the NVC process and how you can use it in your daily life - in personal, social or work situations. I intend to do this by outlining the main elements of NVC and providing opportunities for you to practice expressing them in different contexts - out loud, through writing and through role-play in small groups of 2 or 3. I see this course as providing a 'foundation' for you, so that you can progress with NVC in your daily life and in further trainings if you so desire.
