This is followed by a "check-in" when we share how we are, what we bring with us or what we hope to receive during the session. Activities include: short education exercises, empathy, role-plays, games and discussions. Pasadena United States Preparation: Attend The Basics of NVC or by agreement with trainer Course Description: The intermediate topic is yet to be determined. Conflict resolution with NVC will demonstrate how we can use NVC to: See the humaneness of those we are in conflict with, transform enemy images and moralistic judgements, reduce tension, foster respect and cooperation by focusing on unmet needs and prevent future conflicts by making clear action requests for the future. Training will be very interactive, focusing on participant's situations and skill building.
