This Practice Group begins with a "remembering" for inspiration, centering and connecting with ourselves. This is followed by a "check-in" when we share how we are, what we bring with us or what we hope to receive during the session. Activities include: short education exercises, empathy, role-plays, games and discussions. Participants can facilitate the group with prior arrangement with Rodger Sorrow

NVC enables us to connect empathically with other people, and helps us
to help them to connect empathically with us. But what do you do when
you are feeling angry or upset to the extent that you don't want to
empathise with them? And they feel the same about you?! We call this
empathy collision, and on this day we will explore what is happening in
these situations and how we can get around this impasse. This day will
be practice oriented, to help you develop and rejuvenate your skill
with NVC.

This two day NVC foundation training based on the work and book by Kelly Bryson. It takes you through an overview of the process as well as diving deeply into the skills and concepts. There are lots of opportunities to practice in a fun and supportive learning environment.

January through May, 2008?: One Sat 10-5 and one Fri. morning a month. description: Jaartraining van 6 weekends lopende van februari t/m december 2008. Het Integratiejaar is bedoeld voor mensen die zich op persoonlijk en/of professioneel valk willen bekwamen in het gebruik van de principes en de taal die ten grondslag ligt aan Geweldloze Communicatie of Verbindend Communiceren. De duur en de opzet van deze training bieden ruinte voor verdieping en verinnerlijking van de stof en nodigen uit tot het aangaan van een persoonlijk proces.

Wil je op een andere manier leren communiceren? In je gezin en op je werk? In deze Introductietraining leer je onder meer zien wat maakt dat jouw communicatie-strategieën soms niet werken. Ook ontdek je hoe je kunt achterhalen wat er in jezelf en in de ander leeft. En hoe je daar uitdrukking aan kunt geven op zo'n manier dat de ander naar je luistert. En 'last but not least' je leert in verbinding te blijven met de ander, ook als het lastig wordt.
