Built upon the foundation training on Fri/Sat -- or on participants’ previous NVC experience – utilizing a tool known as the NVC Dance Floors... which are spatial maps made up of large, colored cards laid on the floor in various layouts called ‘dances.’ People practicing NVC stand up and ‘dance’ through the steps of a given process, often with coaching from a trainer or support from another participant.
