This is followed by a "check-in" when we share how we are, what we bring with us or what we hope to receive during the session. Activities include: short education exercises, empathy, role-plays, games and discussions. With a maximum of 10 participants, we learn, teach, weep, laugh, cook, walk and dance together, using the skills and consciousness of NVC. Each day we decide together what we will do, in an atmosphere of support and fun, where everyone's needs are valued. All this takes place in the 'Come to Life' Barn, with accommodation in my home, in a village on the edge of the beautiful Cotswolds in Gloucestershire. Key 1
