Teach for Life: 6th Annual NVC Educators Institute is led by NVC trainers: Sura Hart, Jean Morrison, and John Cunningham. In this intensive residential training, participants and trainers co-create a life-enriching learning community that you can use as a model for your classroom and school. Learning through play inclusive of all learning styles is featured. The curriculum includes: classroom structures that support mutual respect, cooperation and engaged learning; needs-based academic curriculum; nvc skill development and application in classroom settings; effective conflict resolution. You will leave with an action plan for your project be it a compassionate classroom or an nvc inspired school.

The No-Fault Classroom is a 2-day workshop for educators (classroom teachers, school counselors, administrators, staff, afterschool care, homeschool parents.) It will focus especially on classroom structures, activities and practices that foster mutual respect, co-operation, and compassion. Educators will use the new No-Fault Game and be introduced to lessons from the No-Fault Classroom curriculum, designed to young people the skills to prevent & resolve conflicts and foster relationship intelligence. (The No-Fault Classroom curriculum will be published by PuddleDancer Press, April 2008.)

Utilizing art, games, journaling, meditation, role-plays and discussion learn to: Guide with NVC rather than be “judge” and “jury”; Cultivate a “power-with” classroom environment that invites individual expression as well as group harmony; Build agreements that bring forth trust, safety and respect for each person; and Establish empathic connection, opening doors to endless possibilities of learning.
Nonviolence is a spiritual quest to put compassion into practical action.

Et kursus for alle der gerne vil bidrage til at forvandle den kultur, der giver grobund for mobning.

Vi vil arbejde med konkrete veje til at støtte børn og voksne i at udvikle de færdigheder, der er brug for, hvis vi ønsker at mobning i børnehaver og skoler forandres til fred, samarbejde, rum til alle og dermed giver både tryghed og frihed for hver enkelt.
