Course Description:
Do you want more practice with the skills learned in the Basics Course? Experience the comfort of a practice group along with the guidance of a skilled trainer in integrating the core skills. Classes will consist mainly of practicing self-connection, honesty and empathy, with brief excursions into related topcis as they arise organically.
Course will meet Sept. 16, 23, 30, Oct. 7, 6-9 p.m.
