Parenting

A one day workshop for parents. Course will include in depth practice using role play and the NVC Giraffe dance cards. Intention: to gain fluency in the language of feeling and needs, expressing honestly, receiving empathically and self soothing with self empathy to achieve the state of quiet but alert. To respond consciously rather than react unconsciously. To hear the 'please, help me!' behind anger and other expressions of pain. To reach resolutions that meet everyone's needs with no compromise.
