The focus will be our intimate relationships with our partners /
spouses. We will explore some of the dynamics that occur in
relationships, and practice communicating with our partners, present or
past. Come with your current partner if you have both done a foundation
training in NVC, or come alone - whether you are currently with a
partner or not.
Daren and Anna have completed a diploma in relationship dynamics and
counselling, and have been using NVC in their relationship for the past
10 years. So they have a lot to share with you!

At this training you will learn a practical process to support yourself and others through the experience of depression.

You will receive support to:

 Break patterns of thinking that lead to depression, guilt and anger.Make depressed days more liveable.

 

Identify the self-talk that helps trigger depression.

 Learn all the foundational concepts and tools of NVC.  Develop core practical skills to take away.   Understand the unmet needs within your own situation. Build relationships with yourself based on compassion and understanding. 

Hear others with empathy, even when they speak in ways that are critical

 

Learn to communicate more effectively in challenging situations.  Build your understanding of how you can compassionately support other people who are suffering with depression. Work in a safe environment with examples relevant to your own situation. Learn experientially in a way that is challenging, moving, supportive and fun. 

Increase your fluency and awareness of key differentiations within NVC 

Explore the relevant NVC Dance Floors (spatial maps of the process for kinaesthetic learning) with

real life examples.
