This 2 day DEEPENING COMPASSION workshop will be presented by Rodger Sorrow and Anne Walton and includes:
• Reviewing the foundation and practice of Nonviolent Communicationsm
• Remaining centered when in conflict with others or ourselves
• Expressing our needs in a way that's easy for others to hear
• Hearing the needs behind challenging messages/behaviours
• Connecting empathically with ourselves and others
• Hearing and saying 'No' in a way that brings connection
• Discovering the healing power of presence
