Course Description:
Learn the tools of the NVC to resolve conflicts, reduce criticism, defensiveness, misunderstanding, blame, and violence. This workshop offers instruction, discussion, experiential learning, and the opportunity for you to decide if this process fits for you. If so, you can immediately put this radical process to use in your home, at work and play.
