1. Introduces you to the steps of the NVC process for use in honestly expressing yourself, empathically listening toothers and compassionately connecting to yourself
2. Will give you sufficient information and skills to start using NVC in your daily life
3. Is run in an experiential style working with examples from participants’ lives
4. Is challenging, moving, supportive and fun.
