An interest in contributing to transforming our justice system.

Course Description: 

This workshop is designed to support those who will be participating in the Ojai Foundation's 1000 Days Prison Project, and others interested in transforming our current punative justice system. The 1000 Days program will integrate Nonviolent Communication and "Council" practices in a combined approach to rehabilitation. Fred Sly and Christine King, certified trainers who have been offering NVC in San Quentin State prison and to others incarcerated will offer this two-day workshop.
