Deepening + Empathy

Deepening Trainings are designed for practising skills learned in your Foundation Training, PLUS developing further understanding and skills in the area of empathy. (The other 'Deepenings' we offer are in the areas of Anger and Conflict).

On this training you will learn how to:

• Review and practise the basic ingredients of NVC
• Share the ups and downs of applying NVC in your life
• Extend skills and understanding with the NVC Dance Floors.
• Discover the healing power of presence
• Connect empathically with ourselves and others
• Hear the needs behind challenging messages.

Venue: Rowan House, Stourbridge, West Midlands
Times: 10am - 5.30pm both days
Trainer: Shantigarbha (Chris Warren) is certified with CNVC.org (the international Centre for Nonviolent Communication) and writes for Juno magazine.

Fee: £90 waged, £70 unwaged.

Suitable for: We request that participants have done a Basic Training or equivalent.
