I'm interested in supporting NVC training in all areas of society, on political and personal levels, racial issues, parenting, education, prisons, restorative justice, domestic violence, etc.
I'm interested in addressing violence in a way that does not reinforce the same consciousness that gives rise to the problem in the first place. In this sense, I'm with Einstein when he said: "The problems we face today cannot be solved from the same level of thinking that created them." I've found NVC to be a process that addresses conflict and violence in a straightforward AND compassionate way. This tends to create the kind of connection that leads to lasting conflict resolution.
I'm also particularly interested in supporting the revitalisation of indigenous languages by recording their unique ways of conceptualising and expressing emotions and basic needs.
