Transforming Core Jackal Beliefs

in
Datum:  2008-05-03 12:00 - 2008-05-05 12:00 Trainer(s):  Susan Skye

Location(s)

Boulder, Colorado
United States

See map: Google Maps
Preparation:

a strong basic foundation in NVC skills and consciousness

Course Description:

Susan will demonstrate the process that she uses to identify and shift basic belief structures. Negative belief structures, or "metabeliefs", act both as filters for our perception of reality and often produce painful chronic patterns. Susan will also give some basic conceptual understanding of how these patterns arise to protect our survival and some NVC strategies to work with them, rather than making them into our internal enemies.

On Day Two, you will work in pairs to experience and begin to explore and learn to use this process. This is powerful and deep work - Susab will open the doors to it in these two days which she would like you to understand as a beginning and lifelong exploration rather than a completed process.

Location(s)

France Preparation:
