This Practice Group begins with a "remembering" for inspiration, centering and connecting with ourselves. This is followed by a "check-in" when we share how we are, what we bring with us or what we hope to receive during the session. Activities include: short education exercises, empathy, role-plays, games and discussions. Participants can facilitate the group with prior arrangement with Rodger Sorrow

NVC enables us to connect empathically with other people, and helps us
to help them to connect empathically with us. But what do you do when
you are feeling angry or upset to the extent that you don't want to
empathise with them? And they feel the same about you?! We call this
empathy collision, and on this day we will explore what is happening in
these situations and how we can get around this impasse. This day will
be practice oriented, to help you develop and rejuvenate your skill
with NVC.

- Workshop schedule: We will offer sessions in the morning and evening, leaving the afternoon free for going on the beach and trips out.
- Accommodation: Included in the fees is your own bamboo hut.
- Food: You will eat at the venue's restaurant, or one of the many in the local area, at your own expense.
- Travel: We ask you to arrange your own flight and travel to Goa - we will provide information about charter flights from the UK and Germany.
