Haslemere, Surrey United Kingdom Course Description: A two-day Foundation Training will introduce you to the principles on which Nonviolent Communication is based, and provide you with practice in using the four steps (observations, feelings, needs and requests) to connect with your own inner dialogues, to express yourself, or to receive other people with compassion. It will give you sufficient grounding in the process to start using it in your life. My workshops are generally run with 4-6 people. Past participants have told me that this enables them to speak freely about matters that are important to them, and contributes to their feelings of safety. It also enables me to give individual attention to each person and allows the workshop to evolve in a way that meets everyone’s needs. Key 1
