This Practice Group begins with a "remembering" for inspiration, centering and connecting with ourselves. This is followed by a "check-in" when we share how we are, what we bring with us or what we hope to receive during the session. Activities include: short education exercises, empathy, role-plays, games and discussions. Participants can facilitate the group with prior arrangement with Rodger Sorrow

The 5 day 'Living NVC' experience allows the integration of NVC to happen in a natural way. With a maximum of 14 participants, we learn, teach, cook, walk and dance together, using the skills and consciousness of NVC. Each day we decide together what we will do, in an atmosphere where everyone's needs are valued. All this takes place in the 'Come to Life' Barn, with accommodation in my home, in a village on the edge of the beautiful Cotswolds in Gloucestershire. All levels of experience are welcome.

On this one day workshop we will be exploring our experience of the crucial themes of power and vulnerability, and how we relate to others around these themes.

This workshop is designed for singles and couples who would like to use NVC in exploring/changing core beliefs and other dynamics which interfere with meeting their needs for intimacy. It is leans heavily on taking full responsibility for everything that exists in your life.

This is a 2-day non-residential foundation training in NVC. My aim is to support you to acquire a clear basic understanding of the NVC process and how you can use it in your daily life - in personal, social or work situations. I intend to do this by outlining the main elements of NVC and providing opportunities for you to practice expressing them in different contexts - out loud, through writing and through role-play in small groups of 2 or 3. I see this course as providing a 'foundation' for you, so that you can progress with NVC in your daily life and in further trainings if you so desire. Basic skills to transform blame, criticism and conflict into empathic connection with others and with yourself. 7-9pm.

What are the obstacles to 'power with'? In these 2 days we will explore our own habits that lead to us to adopt 'power over' or 'power under' positions.
We will practice staying in our power even in the most challenging situations through role-plays, transforming jackal messages into powerful giraffe.

In addition to personal change we will focus on the wider context of society where the 'power over' or 'domination' paradigm remains prevalent. We will discover what 'partnership paradigm' really means and explore what it will take to live it.

Gina will draw on the new sciences of complexity and quantum physics and their synergy with ancient wisdom. This workshop aims to de-mystify some of the jargon and to provide a deep understanding and shift from ‘either/or’ to ‘both/and’.
