Date and Time

Tue, Mar 19, 2019 to Mon, Apr 1, 2019 — 19:00 to 20:30 — London (GMT)

Are you longing for your relationship with your partner or children to be more harmonious? Would you like to speak honestly about situations with your mother, father, brother, sister or other family members?

During a series of weekly NVC Webinars, we focus on family matters.

We come together with our full attention and without judgement of each other. We don’t lose ourselves in each other’s stories – we practice hearing with our whole being in “compassion” or “ubuntu” which means: “I am because we are”

Family life can sometimes feel overwhelming and can be totally wonderful too – we embrace all experiences. To help build a level of trust within the group, it’s recommended that you commit to attending a series of sessions

What will you get?

5 x 1.5-hour sessions of support and learning through NVC Empathy skills and practices.

What are the benefits of joining a circle?

We deepen our understanding of NVC. Develop NVC skills and practices that can support us in communicating authentically with family members.

We work together with the belief that each of us is the best ‘expert’ for ourselves and that we can listen to our inner expert when we have the right conditions and support.

You can register through the link below. Confirmation and joining instructions will be sent automatically after payment is received.

Registration closes at 3.00pm (UK time) on the start date of each training.
