This Personal and Professional Coaching training is a 140-hour program that leads to a Certification as a Professional Coach. It will help you develop a successful life coaching practice-imparting the skills and tools to create lasting, effective change in yourself and others. Utilizing a holistic approach, life coaches create an awareness of body, mind and spirit that gives clients access to their inner wisdom, unleashes their creativity, and empowers their ability to take action and meet goals. Coaching for Transformation is an International Coach Federation, ICF, Accredited School.
Course Overview
If you are committed to catalyzing positive change in business, government, the arena of social responsibility and people's individual lives, this training will deepen your effectiveness. You will discover how to leverage your strengths and develop your distinctive coaching voice. After graduating you will continue to draw from a community of coaches committed to mutual support. The 9-month training includes:

Richard Michaels, MCC, CPCC, is a Master Certified Coach, Gestalt therapist and artist. A founding partner of Coaching That Works, he has been leading workshops on personal, professional and spiritual development for over 30 years. His holistic approach provides an in depth process for clients to increase self-awareness, creativity, fulfillment, and performance at work and in life. He was a founding member, teacher and trustee at the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health in Lenox, MA.
Martha Lasley, MBA, an executive coach who facilitates training and coaching programs to develop passionate leaders and learning organizations. She coaches visionary leaders and social change activists to help them maximize their contribution. She has written two books, Courageous Visions and Facilitating with Heart. As co-founder of Coaching That Works and Leadership That Works, she facilitates human development and social change. She is a certified trainer with the Center for Nonviolent Communication and teaches coaching and diversity courses for Capella University's MBA program.
