NVC Integration Programme

The Integration Programme is aimed at people who want to go “all the way” with NVC and offer themselves tools that will enhance their maximum mastery of the process and consciousness NVC proposes.   Through an evolving path (3 3-day retreats and one 5-day retreat, plus 5 evenings), each person will get to face their personal challenges, to receive individual support and to belong to a community of learners.   On top the thematic weekends planned here, the participants of the Integration Programme will benefit from additional exploration evening sessions, on two levels: 1) facilitate the working through blockages they may hold, preventing them to live the NVC ideal in some situations and 2) deepen their living connection to the energy of needs.   Retreats:

• Module 1: Fri-Sat-Sun Jan. 15^th, 16^th, 17^th, 2010 “Self Esteem”
• Module 2: Fri-Sat-Sun March 5^th, 6^th, 7^th, 2010 “Empathy and Connection”
• Module 3: Fri-Sat-Sun April 24^th, 25^th, 26^th, 2010 “Powerful Emotions”
• Module 4: Fri-Sat-Sun June 4^th, 5^th, 6^th, 2010 “Power and Authority”
• Module 5: Thurs. Aug. 5^th to Monday Aug. 9^th, 2010 “Self Connection, Expansion and Peace”

Evenings:  Thursdays Jan. 14^th, March 4^th, April 23^rd, June 3^rd, Aug 4^th, 2010.

Phone coaching:    Each participant will receive a telephone coaching session between in-person sessions.   DURATION 3 x 3 days + 5 days = 17 full days, + evenings and + coachings     TRAINERS Valerie Lanctot-Bedard, Jean-Philippe Bouchard and Gina Cenciose as a guest trainer for module 5.     FOR WHOM Any person who wishes to incorporate NVC into all the dimensions of their lives.
