Living With Integrity

You are warmly invited to Poland for an International Workshop to explore how Nonviolent Communication (‘NVC’) can help us integrate the many different aspects of our day to day lives. During this week we will explore together how to stay true to your self in the different elements of your life. Each of us has different ‘roles’ and different sets of relationships that are important to us. Our intimate relationships, families, friends, work colleagues, bosses, neighbours. The chances are that you behave differently in different situations — rarely revealing your ‘true self’. During the week we’ll work together to build a safe and stimulating environment where you will have a chance to explore using NVC in those areas of your life (roles, relationships) that are most important to you. We’ll focus on learning from each other, supporting each other and enjoying ourselves. We’ll use a variety of formats including working in large group, smaller groups and one to one.
