Level 1: Growing Peace Within Myself & the World

This Level 1 course will begin Friday Nov. 6 at 7:00 pm with a free session open to ALL.  It continues Saturday Nov. 7 for a full day, and continues for three more evening sessions on No. 10, Nov. 17 and Dec. 1.

The basics of NVC will be exlpored interactively.  The foundation of all the course is developing our empathy skills through presence.  We will also work through the steps of Observation, Feelings, Needs and Requests grounded in the beauty of our needs.
