Come connect to the joy of self empowerment. Our learning focus will support going deeper into the process of self empathy. You will learn to clearly identify what triggers you or touches you. Learn to welcome your judgments as gifts containing life-connected information offered in an unhelpful form. Learn how to transform your judgments into life-enriching connection with yourself. We believe that self empathy is the foundation of people's ability to stay in the NVC process.
