Preparation: 

We request that participants have done the Foundation Training or equivalent.

Course Description: 

These trainings are designed for practising skills learned in your Foundation Training, PLUS developing further understanding and skills in the area of empathy. (The other 'Deepenings' we offer are in the areas of Anger and Conflict).


On this training we:

  • Review and practise the basic ingredients of NVC
  • Share the ups and downs of applying NVC in your life
  • Extend skills and understanding with the NVC Dance Floors
  • Discover the healing power of presence
  • Connect empathically with ourselves and others
  • Hear the needs behind challenging messages

Fee: We would like to receive £130 (business rates on application). Low-income and Sangha (Buddhist community) rate: £90.
