We request that participants have completed at least four days training with a certified trainer.

Course Description: 

On this residential training we will practise how to self-empathise as a way to get clarity before expressing yourself and to be honest and authentic in the following ways:

  • How to say 'Yes' and 'No' in a way that invites people to listen
  • Staying in touch with myself and the other person in a close relationship
  • Receiving "No!!!" with empathy
  • How to hear the 'Yes' behind the 'No'

Fee: $375, including accommodation in comfortable, shared bedrooms and simple, tasty, vegetarian food. Early signup discount $340 if received by October 10, 2008. If you find it difficult to imagine coming for financial reasons, we are happy to negotiate this amount.
