Datum:

Course Description:

Choosing Life

Everyday communication is often characterised by reactivity, misunderstanding and a lack of the connection we long for in relationship.

Yet communication brings opportunities into our life to experience awareness and compassion, with others and with ourselves.  Compassionate Communication is a means of exploring how we make choices in our communication, and provides a pathway to the compassionate and empathic understanding of others and ourselves.

Reasons for coming on this course include:

  • Noticing that relationships with partners, parents, children or friends exhibit a repeated pattern, feel stuck or are otherwise proving less fulfilling than wished
  • Being aware of patterns of behaviour such as irritability, anger, lethargy, reactivity, anxiety, that are not proving life-serving
  • A lack of sense or purpose or direction in life.
The course will be led by Richard and Jill Broadbent, for more information and to book please see our website at:  www.compassionatecommunication.co.uk
