Being Present to the Past with NVC

NVC is a powerful process that helps us to connect with ourselves and
others in the present moment. However, sometimes events in the present
moment trigger feelings and needs that have been unmet for us in the
past. During this day we will explore how this process happens. We
will look at what needs might be alive in us from the past, how we can
work with these in ourselves, and communicate with others around them.
We will also practice connecting with others, when they are being
triggered from their past.
