Prior workshop/training experience in Nonviolent Communication, or attendance at Friday's Introductory workshop from 9 am - 4 pm.

Course Description: 

Join us for a residential retreat at the beautiful Grailville Retreat Center for a journey toward inner and outer peace.  Topics include self-empathy, transforming enemy images of others, expressing anger compassionately, transforming guilt and shame, and healing old pain.

Set in the peaceful beauty of Grailville Retreat Center, a serene environment north of Cincinnati, Ohio, where you will have an opportunity to:
•Transform guilt, shame, fear and depression into life-serving energy;
•Discover the gift of anger and practice safe and effective ways of releasing it;
•Heal past experiences contributing to current pain through empathy;
•Increase self-acceptance and self-love;
•Liberate yourself from suffering by understanding those whose behavior stimulated rage or shame in you;
•Identify and fulfill unmet needs, leading you to be more fully authentic and alive;
•Connect with the spiritual dimension of NVC;
•Incorporate the attitude of gratitude into your everyday life to cultivate a peace and harmony-filled life.
