This 3 hour NVC basic class will give you the beginning steps in this profound language process. Transform all your relationships. Learning by individual and group experiential activities, practice in skills and role play. Begin to shift your mind and see how new communication changes will offer you effective ways to listen and express authentically which will nurture new, strong connections and rebuild less than satisfying connections.
