Looking for experiences, advice and wisdom in regards to this inappropriate behavior in the work place. After a long and interesting work experience, it has come to my attention that I have witnessed, been subjected to and involved in mature bullying. Mobbing is a nice way of dressing up the term but it is just bullying removed from the playground and relocated. Using the term "mature bullying" is a contradiction and that I realize; however, how else does one describe this immature behavior -- mobbing?
