A. Approximately how many training days did you have this year?:
B. Briefly list the groups and organizations you worked with this year as a trainer.:
Groups: Parents, teachers, kindergarten-staff, couples, families, children, pupils,
Organizations: Schools, Kindergartens, church-organizations, support for refugees
C. Approximately how many people did you offer NVC training to this year?:
D. What are you celebrating about your training experiences this year? What was significant for you? What touched your heart?:
When Marshall left us in February, I realized by taking part on the Internetconferenze, how wide his seeds were spread over the whole world. I am still touched and blessed to be part of it!! 2015 we had a wonderful one-year parenting training and it touched my heart that while this time - and with our support - a couple married and now a child is born. For a magazine, Gundi had an interview with our two daughters, how they experienced life with "NVC-parents". It was scary to ask, but a celebration to read.
E. Would you share some difficult experiences you had while training this year and how you handled them?:
One participant was triggers very heavy by another participant and attacked her verbally and physically. I had to stop him and through him out - to protect the woman and the rest of the group. After dealing with the shock, me and an other participant could get in contact with him again and after about 2 hours, anger changed to tears and him and the woman could get in contact again.
F. How do you teach the spiritual basis of Nonviolent Communication in your workshops and training programs? :
Healing or early childhood trauma work is not working without spirituality. Parenting-workshops the same
G. Please describe your social change goals...:
a. My long range dream for a world full of life-serving systems:
I see my work in fully harmony with the vision, mission, and aim of CNVC.
My goal is, to contribute to NVC consciousness becoming a basic and “natural” attitude of the next generations. Therefore I want to include NVC in all aspects of my own live, so I can draw from a wealth of experiences and share them. I want to reach my aim by spreading seeds within as many people as possible (particularly families, kindergartens and schools) and accompany them to harvest. I want to reach a broad public and flow into every empathic depth. Therefore I cooperate with other people, who share the same goals. I network formal and informal and provide our material, experiences and ideas willingly to every trainer.
My mission:
I want to bring the life-serving nucleus within humans, families, groups and organizations to growth and glow, so that it can expand to a universe.
My vision is a life in prosperity and abundance, so that all humans can trust in the flow, that they celebrate life and manifest their.
 b. My goals in a specific area of social change to be realized within the next 5-10 years, with objectives for each year.
We continue with a multiplier-workshop for people bringing NVC to the kindergartens - we already have about 250 multipliers in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, The Netherlands, Poland, Italy, Sweden. We want our book to published in other languages - it is now published in German, koren, Dutch and Polish. Then the program will run in different countries and will be an inherent part of preschool-education in these countries. We want also to implement it in the teachers-education at the universities.
These are ideas, but not concrete plans. I cannot plan for the next 5-10 years. Looking 5-10 years back, where I were there and look, where I am now, nothing was plan-able.
My real goal is still to have a loving, regardful, joyful, empathic and trustful relation to my wife, her brother's family, my mother in law and teh grandmother, my children, my son in law, my sister’s family and my parents.
 c. My specific plan for this next year, with objectives you would like to reach.
Some steps, but no plans – just trust in the flow!
Steps are: Continuing a project with teachers, carrying on with a partnership program for the Giraffentraum, going abroad, being an IIT-Trainer and an CNVC Assessor and accompany other people on their way
J. Please describe your efforts to create, or join, an NVC circle or organization.:
i am part of the Munic Network, the German speaking D-A-CH, the Assessorsgroup I also cooperate with Trainers: Gudrun Haas, Gundi Gaschler, Klaus Karstädt, Louise Romain, Godfrey Spencer, Robert Krzisnik, Irmtraud Kauschat, Lorna Ritchie, Angela Dietz, Esther Gerdts, Susanne Kraft, Sabine Geiger, Marta Kuala, Elżbieta Więcław, Agnieszka Pietlicka
M. If you found opportunities to work with other trainers this year,┬áplease share the most meaningful experiences for you.:
Since I have the new title "Assessor" it seems there is a burden coming along with this: even CT's see it as an expression of quality instead of contribution. Sometimes I feel alone and devided.
N. Is there anything else you would enjoy sharing with the CNVC network?:
Thank you community for all the work you did to create a NEW FUTURE
