D. What are you celebrating about your training experiences this year? What was significant for you? What touched your heart?: 

I enjoyed last year's trainings at yoga ashram's in Melbourne and Sydney because of the unique atmosphere of peacefulness and attention to conscoiusness.I also enjoyed training a company that sends out trainers to the fortune 500 list of companies, and two other companies - The Hoffman Process and The Path of Love, that put on intensive residential workshops. They were quick to learn and a pleasure to work with.

E. Would you share some difficult experiences you had while training this year and how you handled them?: 

No difficulties this year.

F. How do you teach the spiritual basis of Nonviolent Communication in your workshops and training programs? : 

I enjoy it when participants point out what they see as the spiritual asects of nvc, and also enjoy exploring the infinte definitions of 'spirituality'. Finding common ground in the areas of consciousness and awareness creates many bridges to NVC consciousness.

G. Please describe your social change goals...: 

Bringing peace to the world one conversation at a time, working with parents and teachers whenever I get the chance as the children of today will be our future tomorrow....this is aligned with the visiion - a world where aeveryone's needs matter - and the mission of cnvc - to spread NVC.

H. Please describe your efforts to create, or join, an NVC circle or organization.: 

I have joined with cnvc trainers Linda Rysenbry and Shari Macree to form a partnership and a company called Embodying NVC Consciousness. we offer a trainers training and deepening for all, consisting of living in community together for 3 x 5 days in 8 months - residential retreats, 18 mentoring sessions and 3 x 1.5 hr telecourses.

I supplied the start up capital for, and maintain, NVC AUSTRALIA - a website that is a notice board for all NVC related activities goin on in Australia.

I love the NVC community in Australia and am in constant contact with most members.

I. Summarize participants’ evaluations, and how their feedback resulted in new learning or growth for you this past year.: 

participants’ evaluations resulted in my bathing in a warm bath of gratitude and love. Logistically there was a request for a flush toilet to replace the compost loo - so i installed one!.

J. What are your current growing edges or challenges as a trainer that you will be working on in the future?: 

Mediations are always a growing edge for me - i never know how they will turn out and also my own feelings and needs met/unmet following one.

K. If you found opportunities to work with other trainers this year, please share the most meaningful experiences for you.: 

The work preparing for the Embodying NVC Consciousness Training coming up in 2011 (watch this space!) was the most wonderful and fulfilling experience of collaboration and cooperation i have had this year.

L. Is there anything else you would enjoy sharing with the CNVC network?: 

Respect and gratitude to Mrshall for getting the NVC ball rolling and to all the rest of you for keeping it rolling. I LOVE YOU GUYS!!! YOU ROCK!!!!
