I want to practice NVC in order to combat the judgemental culture I grew up with. I need to learn how to stop blaming myself and others and embrace the framing of compassion (not greed) as our basic "human nature". I believe learning and teaching NVC is essential if we are to learn how to responsibly and sustainably share the resources of this planet.
